I've started noticing this too. I've been slowly changing my diet and cutting out trash food as much as I can.

I've noticed now that Friday (my cheat) has become a highlight of the week almost purely because I'll get something bad like wings or a burger or some shit rather than the smart food I eat all week.

Someday I'll start cutting that little reward out of my schedule too.
