I'd suggest upper/lower instead of PPL desu,
and apply concurret periodization to them, so something like this.

But I must say, even though I don't like the term myself, I look like a skinny-fat dude.
My gut got big due to work related stuff and stress + no kind of exercise. Shouldn't I get rid of my belly first?
