Pretty much every human has it to some degree, for good or ill. It stems from an idealized version of your self image not allowing you to see what's actually in the mirror. It's why people look good in the mirror but bad in photos.
You can never have an accurate image of yourself, as you cannot ever separate your projections from yourself. All I can see in the mirror are my puffy nips and occasional pimples rather than the big picture.

Nobody here understand what a redpill is I see. Here's the rundown, OP. People who lack body dismorphia tend to be okay with their bodies (positive self image). These same people also lack motivation to change.
People who do suffer (subjective) from body dismorphia tend to see problems with their body, so they will work at it until it changes <never does>.
So redpill is... have body dismorphia or else you'll be a content faggot and you're never gunna make it
