Started lifting Metallicadpa yesterday, trying to cut down to about 175 and hold onto some muscle.
This is the diet plan I'm thinking about starting.
Wanted to know if anything stuck out as potentially harmful to my health or my gains.

Calories are too low for your weight, and fat is way too low at any weight. Spread some of that protein around to some smaller meals in between and add some nuts to those smaller meals to get your fat up.

might even want to switch to advanced novice and only progress when you're absolutely certain you can get 3x5 with a higher weight
