Been lifting for about 7 months. I did fierce five beginners routine till now and I'm stalling on it. I think now is a good time to move towards a good intermediate level program. I can workout 3 days so looking for a full body 3 day program for mostly aesthetics. Recommend some?

Why did you switch routines so much? Also 3 days a week is fullbody mostly. If you want more upper body work do 4 times a week and Upper/Lower
How are your lifts? If you're stalling, try another beginner routine and see if you stall on that; might just be adaptation to your current program. A different rep, set and exercise scheme might help you out of that plateau so you can get those beginner gains again.
Otherwise, Texas Method is a great 3-day program for an intermediate lifter.
