Can someone refer me to a dumbell-only routine that is just as effective as going to a proper gym? I am a beginner and poorfag. Thanks.

nearly all lifts can be supplemented with dbs. anything you can do with a plate you can do with a db. most bb exercises can be done unilaterally with a db
why are you just using dbs? unless you have two blown rcs, you're a truck driver who can't fit a barbell in his cab or your spine looks like a fibonacci spiral theres no reason to avoid bb work
dbs are also more expensive than a bb set. 300lb + bar set is like $220 from dicks

Literally do everything the same exact way but with dumbbells its not fucking hard. Just lift at whatever weight is possible for you because dumbbells are harder than barbell
