I'm somewhere in the middle. Currently in an entry level position at a huge corporation, but I have authority over most of the hourly guys, and other entry level people defer to me because I have more work experience in related fields.
I don't allow myself to be second to anyone outside of my parents in my personal life, and insist on being treated as at least a peer, if not a superior by those I spend time with.
