Which of these books would you recommend?

Arnie's Bodybuilding Bible. It's a nice read despite all the 80s/90s mass monsters used for examples.

it's also useless

Personally I'd take them to the thrift store and just buy some fiction
I would probably pick
>Skeletal muscle
>Anatomica
>Kinetic anatomy
>Sports nutrition
>>42763037
>upgrading repairing pc
throw them away, install literal gentoo and get some pdf for comptia, if anything
>self help books
all of them are unredeemable shit, with only one exception (Allen Carr's one)
>secret way to target $muscle
waste of time if you're not a total noob. but hey I don't know your current level so who knows
I'd only save "Basic medical biochemistry: a clinical approach" and "Mastering the manlet Twister" for a quick laugh.

Keep the more scientific books and Arnold's guide.
