Needing some help with a leg exercise modification!
I have an old thigh injury that restricts my squat depth and doesn't allow me to add any weight overhead. I also am unable to do leg extensions as they seem to really irritate the injury...
I had a floor hockey ball hit my right upper thigh and now every time I squat heavy or do any kind of leg extensions/lunge/etc, I feel a shooting pain down the side of my thigh.
