Probably trolling/full of crap. If done the right way with proper form and all that jazz with the right amount of intensity, the soreness alone wouldn't make that possible and doing so would be downright dumb and risk injury. Unless of course you're on like 8 different drugs or something and have instant recovery times, but even then it's too short a gap.
