How much fruit is too much?
It always leaves me feeling bloated.

too much fruit is when your meals are mostly fruits, maybe on breakfast its ok to get that fast absorbing carbs

You might have fructose intolerance. I can't eat peaches personally, they make me bloat like hell, but bananas or anything else? No problem

don't be a detective lol. anyways if your diet is bad and you start eating lots of fruit and vegetables consistently, it can take weeks or months for your body to adjust . flatulence is a side effect. your gut bacteria might be used to digesting crap, and any sudden drastic change requires adjustment time.
you should be eating more vegetables than fruit but fruits are still the best healthy way to get sugars in your diet, not to mention the micronutrients. stuff like papaya is God tier for anti oxidants and dietary fibre.
I eat 3-6 servings of fruit a day and I've lost about 20 lbs since starting my diet.
