Self improvement general. What are you doing to improve yourself? What brought you to that point?
I'll start
>no simple carbs
>do drugs
>no alcohol, unless a special occasion (weekly college parties don't count)
>no porn
>read for an hour a day
>excercize daily
I don't like where my life is at right now. My grades are shit, and my head is constantly foggy. Noporn for 8 days is going good, had carbs for the first time in 3 weeks yesterday and feel slow and foggy
