How much frequency do you guys do on bench and ohp? Once? Two or more times a week?
I've been on Texas method most of this year, and I can increase my weight on squat and deadlift every week since the program calls for squats every day you lift. So since I feel like my upper body is lagging behind a bit would it be better to hit ohp and bench 2-3 times a week instead of 1-2?
