i see people here saying that one should reach 1 2 3 4 @ 1 year of lifting , i just completed 1 year my stats are:

bw 61-63 kg
bp 95kg x1
sq 140kg x1
dl 155kg x1
ohp 55kg x1

i feel like im doing great but at same time am dyel from fit standards

1/2/3/4 is probably a fine strength goal for one year if you don't want to look aesthetic. It doesn't really make sense as a goal for a smaller, leaner person who primarily wants to look better.

For instance, I am a 140lb manlet who has been lifting for 7+ months now and I am only on track to hit 1pl8 OHP by the end of the year (currently 115lb x 4 reps). Squats and deads aren't even fucking close to 3/4.

nice, that's very impressive, I'm struggling like hell with squats myself, but compared to your other stats it seems proportionately higher.
Don't worry about your how fast you're progressing, people progress at different rates, been lifting on and off for a while now, now I'm 6 months in and my stats are:

bw 106ish kg(yes, im a fat fuck)
ohp 55x5
bp 100kgx5
squat 85kgx5
dl 180kgx1

on my 6th week of MadCow.. ohp and squat I probably could go higher deadlift I maxed last week and bp I secretly competed vs some other guy(he managed 2 reps at 100kg).

Consistency is key I suppose.

1 plate ohp, 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat, 4 plate deadlift.

Basically, you'd hit weights that pretty much everyone in the average normie gym doesn't get to, and I think /fit/ is lying when they say it should take under a year.

For the record, I'm at 1/2/3/3, and no one but those who've lifted for half a decade or more do more than me in my entire gym. I'm in a university town as well, and lots of college kids go to the gym I go to. I don't even do a 2 plate bench anymore either since my form wasn't that great with it, only do 1.5 now.
