Unemployed 19 y/o college student from a poor family here.
I'm really skinny, but I work out. So I'm putting on muscle but im still skelly and I don't like it. I need size, I need to gain M A S S.
I don't work because I'm in medical and its pretty damn hard, don't think I could juggle a job as well. Wondering what are some SUPER cheap foods I can get that are good for just getting big. I don't even care about macros and shit I just don't wanna be a skeleton anymore.
My family is pretty poor so we don't have that much money, and I'm sure my mom doesn't wanna buy a ton of food just so I can bulk, but if its a reasonably priced, she'll probably give me a set amount of money per week I can spend on food, like 20 or 30 bucks. I don't mind eating the same thing every day for every meal, uniformity makes things easier for me.
With that being said, what are some cheap foods that you can buy in bulk and bulk on?
Also, no GOMAD. Milk is pretty damn expensive now where I live.
