I drink mesomorph + water preworkout and protein+milk post workout (optimum nutrition)

its hard to tell how much it helps with noob gains but preworkouts help a lot when im trying to lift on a fast, otherwise i have no energy. your mileage may vary though, some people have great fasted lifts and don't bother with preworkouts until much later

Lost about 80 lbs over a year on and off with a balanced diet and walking and lifting. Just went on keto 2 weeks ago because I've platd (for the third time) and fancied something different. Lost 11 lbs in the first week. Urm.

And yeah, first 12 days, hungry a lot but still working out and managing hunger usual way with water and black coffee and doing my intermittent fasting, but the last two days I've been on about 1400 calories and hardly noticing the hunger.

The fucking memes were right. And yes it feels like cheating considering I get to eat butter, cheese and bacon. (within calorie limits ofc) Would recommend.

Yeah for light activity (like walking and doing house shit) it's no more than 50g, but every person's different so I'm sticking to 30g for the week and see how it goes. Next time i go to the store i'm going to get some fish an more chicken thighs, I don't red meat so got to go for the more fatty cuts of poultry I guess. How many burnt calories should I aim for on cardio days, bros? I just do 350kcal/35min on the elliptical and finish off with some medicine ball ab exercises (since I never feel my abs hurting after lifting). Eating out has just become frustrating now. I get three mini shredded chicken tacos (only meat and tomatoes) from cafe rio with a side of beans (this was all I ate for today) drank a 42oz water and slept after and still feel bloated af. Weighed myself and gained three pounds during the day. I feel like a massive shit/piss session is coming but damn is this normal weight fluctuation?

I'm not a doctor, dude. 2 lbs a week is generally considered healthy weight loss, that would be about 8-10 lbs a month, which would be about 120lbs a year.

That said, if you were super overweight you probably lost a bunch really easily at the beginning and then slowed down. I don't know what your routine was, but as long as you weren't exercising to exhaustion for hours every day and you weren't starving yourself you will probably be fine.

And if not the damage is done, so you can see what your new body is like and deal with it.

When i realized that a majority of american males are fat and when I walked up one flight of steps had me gasping for breathe.

Plus being a turbo fat is just uncomfortable, I was sweaty when doing nothing, irritable, clothing was always a pain to find, and slight gusts of wind would make me very uncomfortable since it reveals my titties and paunch.
