Is protein intake overrated?

YES
Absolutely, I got so much bigger and stronger when I added more carbs to my diet. Then again I was eating like 350 protein at 150 lbs lmao
bumping for curiosity

I eat like 3 protein and i'm fine

Yes. Anything more than .8 to 1 grams per pound of body-weight is unnecessary. Some would argue the amount needed is even less.

Stopped giving a shit about protien and focused on healthy eating

How much protein does the guy in the pic eat?
>>42754971
protein is very important but 1g/lb is more than enough for anyone, the only people who may actually need to exceed this are pre-contest natural bodybuilders
more than that is mainly jewish trickery - if you have a 300g daily protein goal there's no fucking way you can hit it without resorting to whey protein, which drives whey sales up
get some grapefruit fucking bber to endorse eating 2g/lb in your magazine, plug your protein powder, collect shekels

I just do 2g per kg wether im cutting or bulking
