Hey guys. I got a real problem. Can anyone offer some insight on this, when I'm doing triceps isolation exercises like cable push down I find it really hard to activate the triceps on the last part of the exercise, but only in my right arm.

Help.

It also feels like my right arm is significantly weaker than my left arm, and theres often a pain like on the back side of the shoulder too

Are you using correct weight and proper form or are you using your entire body like a tool?
>>
>>42753539
I am, and I've tried with all weights, but the thing is it's only in my right arm, my left arm feels like twice as strong
>>

try using only your weak arm first, and do the same amounts of reps on the strong arm. Continue doing this until its even and then you can start using both again.

I'll try, I'm just hoping it's not some nerve damage, I have a hard time flexing my right triceps too sometimes
>>
>Triceps Tendon Tear
>Patients who have suffered this injury complain of pain in the back of the arm at the elbow and may experience pain with bench press and push-ups. Sometimes a pop or snap is felt and heard at the time of injury. Often patients describe weakness as a symptom of a triceps tendon injury.

Replace 'elbow' for 'shoulder', but probably not a complete tear. Sounds like a tendon injury either way, I'd stop doing arms until I get some basic tests done and let it heal.
