I'm 6'3" and weigh about 220lbs. I rarely eat junk food (maybe every month or so if I even decide to.) I've started working out. Strength training is what I'm doing. Also, I don't do drugs. As for my diet, I try to eat foods like baked chicken and fish, with plenty of greens like Kale and Broccoli. I know a little about nutrition and I do not drink my calories. I've consistently remained the same weight for a long time now. I don't gain anything thing, but I haven't lost any weight (this is before I started to improve myself through physical fitness.) I stay under at least 2000 calories a day. I use olive oil to cook my fish, and I make sure it's less than 60 grams. I've done my research on proper form. Atm I'm sore as fuck because I'm not used to lifting weights. I've been doing it for a little under three weeks now.

get a trainer who helps
just do it for like one or two times and than ask him 2-3 months later to check how you are doing.
