Currently bogged down and bed ridden with the flu. How do you get over such an annoying illness /fit/?
Get excited because I don't have to come up with excusess to not lift
Get depressed because I can't lift

Takes weeks for me sometimes. Try to do some light casual lifting or sweating, once breathing is less affecting then you can go back to at least 70% of what you do. If doing nothing the stalling time will be enough to put you back to basics, at least that's me.
