Replacing all liquids with water.
Eat no fast foods, junk foods, pre-preparred foods from stores.

We already eat very healthy, all the veggies come directly from the farmer who sell them at the local market, same for the meat and the fruit, we drink only water, the only thing we sometimes indulge in is chocolate during winter.
