So I get calculating TDEE and shit. I have a pretty sedentary job (x1.2) with walking now and then between buildings. My question is I have a calorie tracker phone or watch addon (currently have an Apple Watch), should I INCLUDE those daily calories it says I burned, or just go with whatever my TDEE calculation is and ONLY count workout calories burned?
I do it like this on my app i get at least 700kcal burned a day from walking and whats over that i add as an minus to my daily calorie intake
