its the only way to hydrate imo
i don't even drink (((sips))) anymore, just pour them in the bag for a pre-workout

every time the lads pressure me into going out and drinking i bring an iv bag and a pole and have it constantly hydrate me. its the only way to minimize alcohol losses
good thread OP
I was wondering what /fit/'s recommendation is for an IV gourney I that's versatile enough to do trail running/backpacking? Trying to keep my hydration up on when I'm innawoods
Apparently it's the absolute fastest way to cure a hangover according to EMS friends.

Have a bunch of doctor and medical friends. I've seen them hook themselves up multiple times before passing out.

body feels more refreshed and cool after pumping it in as opposed to drinking water
Solid method of rehydrating.
If you're self rehydrating thought make sure you use concentrated KCl for extra rehydration bro.
Gourneys are way too cumbersome, so usually I just bring a gallon of water and 10 insulin syringes with me to workout. Before every new exercise I'll be sure to take a seat on the bench and take a big shot in the crooks of elbows to make sure I'm completely hydrated.
Resistance bands make a great tourniquet in a pinch. Be prepared for judgemental stares from other lifters (aka haters).
