I have no idea if it's good for you, but most are relatively low calorie sauces compared to shit like ketchup and can turn 'bland' foods into much better versions of that food with just a few drops of hot sauce.

Much rather eat tuna blended with a squirt of sriacha than out of the can.

It's usually just chili, spices and vinegar. Can't be bad for you as long as it's not those millions of scoville ones and they may probably just ruin your gains by making your stomach emergency exit everything you ate in liquid form
