I usually do 3x5 lmao1pl8 deadlifts. I can OHP half that weight 3x5. Bench press is same as OHP, but I try to do 3x8. My curls are bad, I can't feel my arms. I'm doing babbyweight curls 7kg's plus the metal barbell. I think the barbell cant be more than 2kg's.
How am I this weak? Is this even normal?
What's your weight? How long have you been lifting? Are you eating big?
