Sup ladies and gents... Are there women on this this forum? I feel like this place is a sausage fest. Anyway, I've got a couple of questions. Does anyone else here have a hard time getting to/staying asleep while cutting due to hunger? If so, what is your remedy for it? I usually just try to tough it out, but when it gets too much, I eat a heaping spoon of peanut butter which is a life saver. I just hate having something on my stomach so close to sleeping, but I gotta sleep not only for gains, but I am a manual laborer who works mornings so it is invaluable above all else.

If you're tired, you'll fall asleep. If you're not tired, you're not lifting hard enough.

>>42746458 < this guys response is right for the most part. If you are lifting with enough intensity you shouldnt have much trouble falling asleep./ If need be you can try to maneuver some carbs to right before bed to aid in sleep. Melatonin is what i typically use when i cant sleep. ANd i work manual labor as well so you should be ok

So are you guys saying it would be beneficial to workout at night.? I forgot about melatonin and never even heard that about carbs. I'll have to do a bit more research into that.
