How do you lads feel about alternating between intermittent fasting and eating regularly? Like 5 days of intermittent fasting then 2 days of 3 meals a day every week with the same calorie count for each day.

I just finished my 7th day of IF, focusing on eating better as well but nothing insane. 8 hour eating window then 16 of fasting.

Noticing a lot more energy in the morning, easier to wake up early and less fatigue while working out. Cut a lot of BF as well, looking forward to continuing IF.

It's been fantastic. Eating from 2pm to 10pm usually small meal at lunch around 1500 to 2500kj then a large dinner 4 to 6000kj around 730 after a workout (hiit) dropped 20kgs in 2.5 months while still eating burgers pizzas and drinking beers

Noticed more focus in the morning and great more focus after lunch keeping it small.

Did a 20-4hr fast where I drank a protein shake, ate a giant platter of gyros pork with chips then a doughnut and was full all day. Didn't enjoy it as much as the 16hr fast
