Invest in chalk + wraps, start doing power shrugs with barbells, in the hundreds of lbs.

This will actually build your traps. I weigh barely 160 and I have (proportionally) bigger traps than everyone in my gym who fucks around with dumbbells, which only go up to ~120 lbs each (240 lbs total). Meanwhile I power shrug 365 for reps.

I really get a lot of pleasure from being tall. Life is shit for everyone but I always think about how I could be living this same life on this same shit planet but I could be 5'8'' instead of 6'3'' and girls wouldn't say "oh ur sooo tall anon teehee" and I wouldn't be able to look down on inferior little beta male midget boys and scare them just by being the size I am without trying.

In my opinion, 2000 might still be low for you but you only workout twice a week and do a mild cardio for an hour so see if that works. You could raise it up to 2500~2600 if you went to gym 5~6 times a week, and instead of walking you could do HIIT for 20 mins on the bike machine or treadmill. Up to you, good luck boi
