As I've proceeded in the body building experience I've noticed that the amount of liquids I have to digest are getting greater and greater. Typically for a work out sesh I'll have:
1 small bottle of water
typical protein shake mixed to the brim with water (less and the protein will saturate)
Even then I have to keep drinking water because I feel dry and thirsty (3 scoops of protein)
Here's the problem. I'm getting fucking diarrhea and I don't want that anymore.
Where am I fucking up?

everything is water, no milk

I presume you're using a whey shake - guess where whey comes from.

whey isolate does not contain lactose or it should be minimal. But people can have bad reactions to whey and casein. It could be colitis or IBS, candida overgrowth who knows with bowels. Have has a similar issue. The protein powder I use is "purely inspired organic protein"(i know the name is generic as fuck it's pea and brown rice protein) it does not have soy or dairy. It's got a probiotic in it too that's clinicals point to it being a proven antidiarrheal. It tastes like ass but I have no-wipers now so long as I take it everyday.

Diarrhea or just very liquid-y shits? If it's the former, like the other anons are saying you're lactose intolerant or having a bad reaction to whey.
If it's just very liquid-y shits, you're not getting enough fiber. make sure that you're having chewy vegetables like blanched broccoli
