I don't wanna be a manlet but I don't wanna get fat

Growing teenagers do, yes. So if you're q
13-14 then eat up. You have to be 18 to post on The Chan though so you're already fully grown (you might get another inch or two in your next few years but don't hold your breath)

Calculate your TDEE, add another 400 kcal or so. If you're not gaining weight, add another 200 kcal until you start gaining. And remember, get plenty of protein.

Impact activity on your bones and shit also help you grow.

It's genetics. I was auschwitz mode until I was 18, ate like shit, stayed up until 3am every day and didn't exercise at all and now I'm 6'4".

Casein, calcium phosphate..
The point after that seems about getting full nutrition and a bunch of liquid, while stretching the fascia and lifting/cardio.

need to be 18 to post here. And age doesn't always mean everything. I was 5'9" in sophmore year. 5'11" in junior year. By the end of summer in Senior year I was 6'2" and finally stopped growing around 19-ish. I was/am 6'4".
At least as a manlet you'll get shredded real easy.
