What the fuck can i do to fix/mitigate this?
when i first started i just kept training and it went away after like a month
in my experience it mostly happens to new people and goes away eventually. I don't know what causes it, but I guess your nervous system and/or muscles simply don't work optimally when you first start lifting and it takes some time to adapt.

This isn't fucking r9k. Enough with this baby shit and grow some balls. You'll get over it.

Youre weak, keep training

You have weak stabiliser muscles. Use free weights and avoid machines and you'll be fine after a while.

Go more often. Write down your progress in a book.
lift more you homo

focus on actually using the muscles you're targeting rather than just moving the weight around. individual reps will be more difficult, but you'll progress faster.

happens for few reasons
your stability / balance a shit (especially when you bench)
your form is not tight, joints arent locked in (for example during squats you have shaky knees, indicates lack of rooting into floor aka shit form aka no glute engagement)
you are lifting weight that is close to your maximum (happens often on deadlifts where you will shake the weight especially when you "pull" more with hamstrings and not using glutes to push your hips forward)
tldr
the deadlift thing happens even to elite pullers, but rest can be fixed with practice.
