My shoulders hurt like mofos when my pecs are stretched hard. Can't do dips and chest flyes without terrible pain. I also cant get into low bar position without discomfort. On the other hand I can do heavy bench press and ohp comfortably.
My elbows also seem to be a problem. They hurt me during fast, light reps of bench press (warming up) or during push ups. Surprisingly tho, I don't feel any pain doing one arm push ups or, again, heavy bench press.
How do I fix this? Is stretching + facepulls enough? I have access to rubber bands, I just don't know what to do with them.
