Is this workout regimen enough to start cutting?
Just recent put on some muscle and wanna start cutting. Will doing this with 20 minutes of cardio and another 4th day of nothing but cardio and push-ups put me on track to getting cut.
If I need another day of weights to add what could I be doing, I've got a 25lb plate along with two 35lb dumbbells.

yea that routine seems fine but follow it and dont add anything else like pushups on offdays or anything to it, fullbody routines should at max only be done 3 times a week and not any more. cardio is good to do whenever. just make sure u are watching what you put in your mouth
