FullBodyWorkouts
so i will be working soon. 9-5 and i wanted to know what would be a full body workout. Ive kind of reached my goal and wont have too much time to spend at the gym.
Was thinking of working out atleast 3 days a week and maintaining eating clean.
Any tips? Advice?

About 1 hour of working out per day, 3-4 exercises per body part on average

Commute to home takes time. Get home late. Gotta study. Also gym is crowded as fukk in the evening.

This is what kills the gainz, better separate cardio from your workout, besides, 20 minutes if not HIIT, isnt really cardio.

Cardio makes me feel fresh. And before heading for work some cardio seems great
