I squat every time I go to the gym and I used to leg press a lot.
My knees popped a little , but I stopped leg pressing and decreased the weight on my squat and corrected my form.
However I feel like my knees changed somehow, they don't really hurt , but when I press on my right knee it sorta hurts.
Also I noticed some weird white spots on my knees that looked like I scratched them .
I also run a lot on Sunday , can running affect your knees?
Since I don't feel pain I wanna ignore it, but my knees are really important so I need to know if you guys have knee experience
