Hey /fit/ I could really use your help.
The last couple of days I have been having some health issues. mainly feeling dizzy during the day, and when physically exterting myself I suddenly get a massive headache and ringing in my ears for a couple of minutes.
This has happend to me during Sex as well, and it fucking sucks.
I have a Doctors appointment next week on the 11th, however is there anybody here who has experience with headaches like this and can givie me some info what is going on?

I have been consuming a lot more caffeine lately, but my food has stayed the same the last couple of months.
I am currently tapering off the caffeine as well, so I'm hoping that will improve things a bit

I should add that it's not a constant background headache, it only appears during very exhausting excercise, i.e. Sex close to climax and for example my last Rep of OHP
When I'm straining it just suddenly shows up and fucks up my head.
Piercing on both sides of the temples, but it subsides very fast as well, in like 3-4 minutes.
After that I keep having a lingering headache for the next couple of hours.
