Be aware when you aren't standing straight and straighten up. At the beginning it hurts to have your back straight because you are used to shitty posture but if you keep at it. It will correct, also deadlifts(with proper form) helped me

download the dvd and spend a day relearning how to walk.
I put a long serrated tube in my belt such that it sticks up vertically towards my face. If I don't constantly have good posture I'll cut up my face off the serrations.
Bump, have the same problem. Answers so far are great but I bet more techniques and discussion can come of this
