Your really fat. Like every part of your body is covered with fat.
Start working out and eating less. I got god genetics but always been lazy.
What helped me to improve was to make it simple. I do A/B workout so i only need to remember what i did last time and do the other set. Back and fourth. I would recommend something similar at the beginning. Simple is easy, easy is simple. And results come super fast this way.
5x5 on everything
A: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Dips
B: Squat, Military press, Rows, Chins.

Its squat and deadlift that is going to make you skinny. The other ones will make your shoulders sexy. Never skip squats. After 2 weeks it never hurts and its the best way to burn fat without a doubt.
