So /fit/ here is the story
>no sport for 2 years
>starting again muay thai but wanna do lifting aside
>i do 2 muay thai training /week and wanna add 2 lifting "days"
>got pretty strung legs so i put that aside
So basically , which lifting program should i do ? ( 2x week , and just for the top of the body , i'll do legs but for now i just want to be settle about that )
What should i do ? Split ?
