You probably have female fat partitioning due to low test or genetics. On the plus side If you get down to low bf% and then gain weight you keep the abs longer than you do your pec, hip and quad definition. On the flip side your metabolic system thinks you're a woman.

same here, but i'm still cutting from 20% and probably am around 18% right now.
