Don't go 'gluten free' for no reason.
Try eating grains (and other foods) that are raised organically instead. The difference is 'organically raised' foods never have herbicides or pesticides used on or around them (especially ROUNDUP, which has glyphosate in it). Glyphosate especially is incredibly toxic to humans.
