Well everyone always says that you will lose muscle mass while cutting. But if I am continually increasing my weights while decreasing my calories consumed, what happens? Loss of muscle mass still?
If you still have noob gains you'll lose fat and build muscle, if you're 2+ years into serious lifting then you'll just cut

You will lose fat and maintain the muscle mass that you are training. Strength progress will slow down or stall, but you will likely be stronger relative to your own body weight by the end of your cut.

you will be defying years of time tested science
when cutting, you lose muscle. no way around it unless you juice like a mad cunt.

If you're newer to lifting, you'll gain muscle very easily. The difference between being sedentary and exercising regularly is huge, so for the first year or two of lifting it's possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.
