Yes, Gandy absolutely used gear, and so do a huge amount of models, pretty much all fitness models.

Why wouldn't they? It's their job to look their absolute best year round, they can continue to improve their body and never really have to worry about missing out on a shoot because they're bulking and their bodies aren't as good as usual.

It's pretty much impossible to say what he's on, but if you want to start roiding, do your reading, do a normal beginners cycle and build up from that. You'll just fuck your shit up if you don't, and try to jump into running a bunch of different compounds with no real understanding of what roiding is like.

There's a subreddit with really good info on this stuff, I'm pretty sure it's just called r/steroids though I could be wrong. It'll come up if you look around, it's sidebar is one of the best resources for starting out that I've read.
