5mg LGD for example will crush your SHBG, and basically double the dosage you get at 200mg, what it does it give you double or a bit more than double free test at that dosage level, estrogen goes up as well, with no SHBG to bind it up, so you can also get more estro side effects, so be careful. Since you have an AI, it should be good.

LGD-3303 is supposed to be stronger than 4033 as well. I havent tried that one yet, but I think the dosage is around 20mg?

I'm the anon from a previous thread with crohns which, alongside with the medication, totally destroyed my body and is making it a nightmare getting back in shape.

I am looking to use something that wouldn't make me leave humanity but will overcome my handicaps of: low and unpredictable food absorption, catabolic steroids, pervasive fatigue, lowered testosterone both from crohns itself and steroid treatment, and impaired healing. When i was 23 and crohns free i weighed 92kg very lean and benched 100kg 3x10. I'm 6'0. I don't want to go beyond that - i was at a very happy natural level and just want to be back there. It also means that hopefully when the crohn's is under control some day i can come off whatever fraud stuff i am on and keep at that level.

I heard SARMS were quite good for a boost and can also help with the bone thinning from steroid medications, but people have also said they are rubbish - does anyone have any ideas?

There are plenty of fantastic compounds, but generally for the most part at least a low dose of test is good when using these, as it maintains normal mood and good sexual function.

If your test is already that bad your sex drive is non existent, then you may not notice any effects of suppressive compounds without test.

Anyway it depends on how much test youre taking, if youre taking 200-250mg, then its still enough to progress without additional compounds.

If youre taking like 100mg a week for trt, Id probaby add an additional compound, sarm or a different steroid (unless you want to increase the dose yourself, etc).

Though if your test is that bad, a normal trt dose may start giving good results anyway.

HGH is effective but ill take a long time for the effects to accumulate since they are not rapid.
