I am a fat fuck who wants to it change and become good enough for milatry service. I have gone to the gym two times a week over three months in the past and had no improvement. I counted carlories and had diet shakes and whatnot before and still no improvement. I know I am a fat slob with nothing to offer or give you but would be kind enough to pass on some secrets or tips that could help me?

Also "diet shakes" are a meme that will set you up for failure and you should be very honest with yourself about whether the calories you were taking in were really under your TDEE. It's ready to underestimate what you're putting in our forget certain things altogether. I'd recommend getting anal retentive about it and tracking it all on MyFitnessPal.
You can make it if you're willing to really buckle down.
