does lifting make you feel better than other people?
>>42731234
Yeah because knowing your physically superior to most people is a good feeling, my confidence is way higher now that I lifted for 2 years
>tfw people comment on my muscles
>tfw still feel dyel
I am already the best.

Lifting doesn't help.

Bench 405 for 1rm
Ohp 225 1rm
squat 495 1rm

>>42731336
Mirin, I take it you train more for strength?
>>42731234
I did until I realized that basically every man around here lifts.
It shattered my illusion that I was bettering myself and now I just feel like I'm working to be normal.
Feels bad man
Also you see dribbling retard scumbags walking around who lift and they're in no way better than me and I don't think highly for them being muscular
>>42731234
Physically sure, it's an objective fact.
Mentally however I'm 5'1, 95 lbs.
>>42731336
nice chicken legs
>>42731234
I'm not big as fuck, but I have a 120 lb weighted chin, 275 bench, 455 squat, and 585 deadlift at 190-195 lbs and 5' 11". I live in Connecticut now, and nobody here lifts. In my 3 months here, I've literally seen like 3-4 dudes in public that look like they work out. Wherever I'm at, there's a 99% chance I'm the strongest human in the room, and I'm not even that big.
>>42731380
Iktf bro where I live everyone is either fat as fuck or a total dyel
>>42731234
depends for me it changes between feeling like I am a god amongst men to being insecure about the way I look.
>>42731373
