Deadlifts. Your posture will improve in the first week. Also keep your shoulders down and back as far as possible. That's your new posture... keep it that was for the rest of your life

both, start with the bar and work up slowly with focus on form (neutral spine). squats too.
pacepulls will help with posture as well

Deadlifting is fucking cool.

Barbell rows is for virgins, just do dumb-bell rows.
