hey guys i just started working at a job. its pretty fast pace and i do break a tad sweat. do any of you go to the gym straight from work or go before? should i invest in a pwo?

I workout after work, I have bought one of this pull up stations where you can do many exercises for your back and arms. I have no time to drive to a gym and make food after that.
