How the fuck do you deal with DOMS. I haven't worked out for 6 months and just went back. My whole body feels like shit right now what do?

Stretch and massage the sore muscles for quicker recovery. Drink lots of water. Enjoy the doms after going to the gym for a while it isnt as intense and you come to miss it kinda

I don't get it, DOMS feels fucking great - it is a constant reminder that you just had a kick ass workout.
Stretch, jog, work through it. It will get better, DOMs aren't an injury, just something to be worked through

Everyone likes to feel the burn in their abs and chest but when your mobility is fucked and you have a long day ahead of yourself DOMS is the worst

In fact, it is the DOMS you feel for your legs that gives you the greatest satisfaction. But then again, I am a student and spends most of my time in the library.
