Ok guys i got bored of dooing linear shit like 5x5 and those bullshit, i was getting gains but i have a fucked up shoulder so i cant go as heavy as i wish on dips so i started doing this:
Lift by mood
I would mix pull ups with dips, sometimes id go to failure sometimes not, sometimes id go heavy then light ane so, its a funny way to workout and prevents boredom, i started it some days ago and looks like im starting getting strenght gains
Someone does the same ? Like going your own way and mixing a schedule ?

I do the same when I get bored of my current routine. I'll do that for a month or two, then when im re-energized ill start a ppl or just a brosplit
